Updating investors about latest trends and projects.4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Self-Development &nbsp;&nbsp;I.&nbsp;Visit 2 new projects monthly to enhance Knowledge.&nbsp;II.&nbsp;&nbsp;Enhance presentation skills &nbsp;Measurement Metrics&nbsp; 1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Weekly plan and review of inputs every week2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monthly plans Vs achievement3.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;No of leads punched in the LMS in a week.4.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;No of meetings done in a week5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;No of site visits completed in a week6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Record keeping of all above activities in the LMS/CRM
